  • BREAKING BREAD

    Each Friday at the Pavilion behind Sinking Spring -  beginning at 11:00 a.m. Sinking Spring volunteer teams provide a meal to our community. Drive by and receive a nourishing meal for you and your family and friends. The meals vary each week.

  • MArsh Blood Drives at sinking spring

    GIVING is Caring:   Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church

    in association with Marsh Blood Mobile sponsor's Blood Drives throughout the calendar year within our community.  You can sign up or you can 'walk-up'  and give blood when you see the Marsh Blood Mobile set up in our church parking lot.

    A Christian mission outreach serving residents of Abingdon and Washington County, VA.  They provide a Food Pantry / help people find resources and benefits / Emergency Financial Assistance / and assist the uninsured to get access to medicine in emergency situations. 

    Sinking Spring is an Affiliate of EFIA providing volunteer hours to serve our community. Several churches within our region share this volunteer opportunity throughout the year. Volunteers help in the Food Pantry. 

    Food Pantry hours are Monday - 10am - 1pm / Tuesday - 4pm - 6pm / Friday - 10am - 1pm.

  • CROSSROADS MEDICAL MISSION

    A team of volunteer nurses and physicians provide quality care to the uninsured or underinsured. A fully equipped mobile medical mission van sets up at EFIA on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month.

  • New Life Thrift Store

    A Ministry of Ecumenical Faith in Action... All proceeds from sales are used to support the needs of the food pantry, medical mission and benevolence programs of EFIA.
